The first job is to stop being afraid of the system
Before modifying anything, we record what your application actually does in production and turn it into automated checks. From then on, every change is compared against that behaviour: if something stops working the way it worked, it surfaces before it reaches production.
Those checks stay with you, in your repository. It is the safety net you were probably never given: if you ever work with another supplier, the next one will know what they must not break.

1. Fixed-price audit
Read-only, nothing touched. You get a map of what the system does, what state it is in, what risks it carries, and what your requirement would cost.

2. The work, verified
Corrective, evolutionary or modernisation, whichever is needed. Every change is checked against the recorded behaviour and passes human review before delivery.

3. Ongoing maintenance, if you want it
A monthly fee with hours and response times agreed in writing. No long lock-in: if we are not adding value, you stop.
What we work with
PHP (bespoke, Symfony, Laravel), Ruby on Rails, Node.js, older frontends (jQuery, AngularJS), MySQL and PostgreSQL. If your system is built on something else, ask anyway — the first thing we do is look at it.
